Sorry about the photos , some of them are not as clear as they should be. 
I cut out a few of the circles to reveal the background felt (commercial felt), then reapplied them.
Think I might add some beads in the green felt circles. 
I applied sheer fabric and fine silk along with some fancy yarn, then added the usual free machining.
Not sure what I'm going to do with these pieces yet, maybe a roll up pouch or bookcover. I've still to try some wool tops but I put them up in the loft and can't be bothered getting them out, how lazy! I will soon as I want to see the results from fleece.
Thought I'd leave you with a picture of my drawers... my thread drawers of course!!

i really like the colours of that piece - all those jewel colours. And isn't there something about all those reels of thread that just make you want to stitch? Thinking again about the embellisher but when I have access to the college one it seems excessive. What do you think?
